Fathy Salama started working in the petroleum sector in 1984, joining Schlumberger Logelco Inc. Egypt, for Testing Department, performing and supervising well testing services.

He was promoted in 1997 to Testing Field Service Manager to carry out and manage all well site testing operations. In 2001, he became Testing Account Manager for many of EEG Geo-market (Egypt, Syria, Iraq and Sudan) covering all testing services performed by Schlumberger.

He joined Tanmia Petroleum Company in 2010, as Business Development Manager, leading marketing strategy and supporting the services development process and implementation. In 2010, he joined Sahara Petroleum Services (SAPESCO) as Well Testing Services Line Manager, strategically positioning the service segment in the market.

Fathy Salama joined Safwan Petroleum Technologies Company (SPETCO) in March 2012 in Kuwait and UAE as Oilfield Services Operations. In December 2012, he joined Petroleum Consulting Services (PCS) as General Manger providing solutions for oil and gas industries, manpower for drilling, well services and well intervention . Consulting services for production and reservoir engineering.
