Hany Khalil is currently the Maintenance Intervention Manager of SAPESCO Africa, and Training Planning Manager of STI and was the Business Analyst in Sahara Petroleum Services (SAPESCO). He started working in the Petroleum Sector in 2005 in Coiled Tubing and Stimulation services.

He joined SAPESCO in 2005 as a Field Engineer in Coiled Tubing & Stimulation service line. During the period from 2005 to 2017, he was promoted to be the Maintenance Planner, and then Business Analyst in SAPESCO till reaching his current position where he is responsible for controlling and developing the overall activities of the maintenance in accordance with company policies, and formulating the maintenance strategy.

He is a professional certified in engineering management from AUC (American University in Cairo), and ASEM (American Society for Engineering Management), also he Mastered Risk Engineering Management from Cairo University, and Instructor for Engineering Management.

Hany Khalil received his B.SC in Petroleum Engineering in 2003, and M.SC. degree (Master of Science) in Engineering Management in 2017.
