Harold Bolt is an independent consultant for ICT Europe S.A. In this capacity he has provides consulting services related to wireline technology and processes to both operators and service companies.

He has worked with several OEM’s providing technical and commercial representation services throughout Europe, Africa, the Near-East and Asia. Previously, he worked for Dresser Atlas (now Baker Hughes) in various capacities including wireline field engineering, interpretation, management, engineering development and training. He was EAME area training manager based in Scotland and global training manager based in Houston for Baker Atlas.

He is a long-standing member of SPWLA. He has authored numerous articles and made presentations on wireline depth determination. He has also written papers and presentations on personnel resource development.

Harold Bolt has a BSc. (Comb. Hons) from Aston University, Birmingham, and a MBA from Antwerp Hogehandelsschool (now Flanders Business School), Antwerpen.
