Mohamed Abu Bakr is currently the Business Unit Manager of SAPESCO Chemical Services since 2016 and the R&D Engineering & Technical Manager in Sahara Petroleum Services (SAPESCO). He was also the Technical Manager of SAPESCO Well Services since 2010. He started his career in Petroleum Sector back in 1999 as a Drilling Engineer in Abu Qir Petroleum Co.
He joined SAPESCO in 2000 and progressed in his career till becoming the Base Manager of AWJILA for SAPESCO Libya branch in 2006. In 2008, Mohamed Abu Bakr worked as Account Manager and responsible for all his Client(s) technical, marketing & sales requirements. Step up to be a Technical Manager on 2010 for SAPESCO Well Services.

- "Challenge and Successful Application for Scale Removal Petrobel Oil Field, Egypt: Field Study" in SPE IPTC {International Petroleum Technology Conference, December, 2014 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Mohammed Abu Bakr received his B.Sc. Degree in Petroleum Engineering, University of Cairo, grade “Good” in 1999 & Excellent in final graduation project.
