Dr. Mohamed Sabry is the Quality & Accreditation Manager for Sahara Technical Institute since 2014. He was also the Quality Manager in Sahara Petroleum Services - SAPESCO since 2011.

He has 20 years’ experience in aviation R&D; maintenance, structure repair and advanced manufacturing technologies using CNC machines. He was a planning and design engineer in Egyptian Air Force Projects where he was involved in strategic projects with International corporates.

He got the license of Civil Aircraft Maintenance and Structure repair in 2011.

He has PhD and MSc in mechanical engineering from Ain Shams University. His core academic works are in Advanced Manufacturing Techniques using machine vision and artificial intelligence. His academic researches include six research papers in international conferences such as:

• “Automated Inspection of Surface Defects Using Machine Vision”, 17th International Conference on Applied Mechanics & Mechanical Engineering, 2016.

• “Automated Inspection of Assembly Parts Using Machine Vision”. Published in: 16th International Conference on Aerospace Sciences & Aviation Technology, 2015.

Mohamed Sabry has a long experience a certified Q&HSE lead auditor and instructor different areas. He is now an instructor in STI along with being the Quality & Accreditation Manager.
