Mostafa Shabana is currently the Chief Business Development Officer in Sahara Petroleum Services (SAPESCO). He has over 25 years of experience in multinational companies: Petro-chemicals, Refining, and Lubricants Technical & Commercial businesses Management. He is held up, by Shell Co., as an example of “how to develop high performing teams”.

He started his career as a Process Engineer for a Petrochemical Industries Co. (PIC) in Kuwait and then a Senior Safety & Loss Prevention Engineer for Kuwait National Petroleum Co. “KNPC”.

He worked for Shell Marketing - Egypt in different positions starting as Senior Sales Engineer, Technical Services Manager, International Trading Manager and finally as Lubricants & Industry General Manager. He then became General Manager for Seaharvest – Free Zone, and later as Managing Director, Operations, Integrated Maintenance for Petroleum – Equipment Co. “IMPEC” – Seaharvest sister company.

He conducted different courses / seminars i.e. Techno-Marketing (ADNOC), Different Technical Seminars for Shell Technical Staff & Customers, Introduction to “Safety & Loss Prevention”, etc…
